Vietnamese Pancakes: We both really like these! Basically, you take a rice pancake, soak it in hot water, (and ignore the pain as your finger tips get steamed!), lay it out on you plate and fill it with various things, (such as veg, crab meat, egg, peanut butter sauce, mayonaise...anything goes!). Then, if you can, you wrap it up and make a tasty Vietnamese Pancake!!!

New Dolls of Korea...
Woo Dong Noodles are thick Japanese noodles usually served in soup. can come with Gimchi, Seafood, and various other things.
HaeMul BokEum Woo Dong Japanese noodles served in spicy red sauce with bits of seafood, (mostly octopus).
Rameon Noodles served in hot, spicy soup. Countless different styles. Can be bought in shops in a bowl into which hot water is added for around 1000won, (50p)!
Cheese Rameon As above served with slice of processed cheese.
Ddok Rameon Served with little rice slices.
Sae-U Tang Rameon with a shrimpy flavour.
Gimchi Rameon Rameon with a Gimchi flavour.
KalGukSu Green noodles served in a soup, usually with seafood. Very delcious! Son KalGukSu means hand made.
